Rosita Chan
President and CEO
Founder and chief executive officer of PEI Real Estate Inc. Rosita has been involved in Brooklyn's real estate market for almost 30 years. Her experience earned her a position as a board member on Brooklyn's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in 1999. In addition, she broke the barrier by being the first female president of the Chinese American Real Estate Association (CAREA) which granted her a position as a board member following presidential term. Her dedication and commitment far exceed those of her broker responsibilities, as she is actively involved in giving back to her community by organizing charities and fundraisers for those in need. She also facilitates the development of the community by coordinating seminars to educate foreign citizens regarding laws of business and immigration. Currently, Rosita operates the Brooklyn Community Improvement Association and is the president of two real estate establishments.
